2.2 When the law authorises or requires us to collect information We may collect personal information because we are required or authorised by law. For example, we require personal information to verify your identity under Australian Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing laws.

2.3 What do we collect through your website activity? (a) We monitor website usage to ensure we can verify you and identify ways to improve our services. (b) If you start but do not submit an online enquiry or form, we may contact you using the details provided to offer assistance. (c) We may collect information when you interact with us via social media. For confidential matters, we will interact via secure communication.

3. HOW WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION

3.1 Collecting and holding your information Unless unreasonable or impractical, we will try to collect personal information directly from you. 4.1 Primary reasons for collection Collecting your information allows us to: (a) Provide Full Buyer’s Agency services, including property sourcing and shortlisting; (b) Provide property appraisal and negotiation strategy services; (c) Bid at auction on your behalf; (d) Provide investment and building consultations; (e) Verify your authority to act; (f) Administer our business and deal with enquiries or complaints.

4.2 Marketing We may use your personal information to let you know about property opportunities or services that may interest you. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. We do not sell your personal information to any third-party organisations.

5. HOW WE SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION

5.1 Sharing with representatives We may share your information with your authorised representatives (e.g. your solicitor, conveyancer, or mortgage broker) to facilitate a property purchase.
